Build.

You take the most important system in your business, the one currently held together by your memory, and you get it out of your head and onto paper, tested, in a form someone else could run. You learn the move once, and then you have the method for every system after.

Run.

You install the rhythm that runs the business, so you stop reacting to it. A daily floor. A real CEO week with strategy and money and rest that actually exist on the calendar. A monthly plan. •  If you're brand-new and haven't started a business yet, this is not your first stop. You need the Real Company Checklist and a few months of actual operating before this course has anything for you to build on. Come back when you've felt the weight.
